YEI aims to contribute to helping youth and children through programs geared toward empowering them to realize their full potential and equipping them to contribute to their communities.
We are a dedicated team of passionate individuals committed to transforming the lives of youth and young adults. Formerly known as the Youth Empowerment Ministries, we were founded in 2005 by Christian ministers in response to the pressing challenges faced by the youth in Liberia. Today, we stand as a beacon of hope, determined to empower and uplift the next generation.

To provide skills, training, and opportunities that empower children, youth, and young adults to experience their full potential and enable them meaningfully contribute to society.
VISION:
To see a society of equipped youth and young adults with skills rendering services to their communities and taking their rightful place in society.
We actively engage with communities to understand their unique needs and challenges, focusing on the youth and young adults as catalysts for change.
We collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish a strong network dedicated to addressing the identified needs of the communities we serve.
We put our carefully designed programs into action, empowering young people through skills training, education, and opportunities. We continuously evaluate the outcomes and impacts of our initiatives to ensure lasting, positive change.
We stay connected with local communities, fostering long-term relationships and support structures to sustain the progress made and ensure continued growth and development.
