Help Liberia’s Children Learn and Thrive
Did you know that more than 2 million children (about the population of Nebraska) under the age of 18 live in Liberia, but many of them face challenges such as poverty, malnutrition, lack of access to safe water and sanitation, and low-quality education? These children deserve a better future, and you can help them achieve it by supporting our fund-raising campaign for educational support of unfortunate and underprivileged children in Liberia, West Africa.
Starting this academic year, we aim to provide educational support (tuition and fees, uniforms, copybooks, and backpacks) to at least 19 children in the Gleazohn Community, rural Montserrado who may not enter school this academic year due to extreme poverty. Like many living in impoverished communities, the parents or guardians of these kids have little or no income. We also plan to offer mentorship and health awareness programs to empower these children and their families. By donating to our campaign, you will help us cover the costs of school fees, uniforms, books, and stationery for these children. With Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty United States ($5,850.00), we can accomplish this.
Education is a fundamental right and a powerful tool for social change. It can improve the health, livelihoods and well-being of children and communities. It can also foster peace, stability and democracy in any society like Liberia. Sadly, not every child has access to education. With your generous support, we can make a difference in the lives of these children and give them hope for a brighter future.
Kindly help us to help get children in school, stay in school, and learn. You can help sponsor a child or contribute any amount.
